Delicate salmon-pink hue with aromas of red currant, orange zest and jasmine. The palate is vibrant yet refined, showing bright red berries, candied orange peel and a subtle mineral undercurrent. The finish is long, elegant and spiced with fine chalky texture.

 

FOOD PAIRING: Fresh oysters, salmon tartare, duck breast with cherry glaze, berry-pavlova, soft triple-cream cheese and lemon-herb chicken skewers.
