A delicate, pale salmon sparkling rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir. It shows bright red-berry aromas with hints of toast and citrus, leading to a crisp, dry palate with fine bubbles and a refreshing finish. Elegant and vibrant, it reflects the cool Tasmanian climate beautifully.
 
FOOD PAIRING: Perfect with oysters, smoked salmon, sushi and sashimi, or prosciutto with melon. Also pairs well with creamy brie, roast chicken, or light summer salads with berries or citrus.
