This pale salmon rosé opens with fresh red-berry aromas like strawberry and raspberry, layered with hints of red currant and a subtle toasty note. On the palate it is crisp and lively, with fine bubbles, bright acidity and a clean, fruity finish laced with delicate minerality. It is elegant and approachable, a great alternative to Champagne with Burgundy character.

 

FOOD PAIRING: Pair with fresh oysters or shellfish, smoked salmon or trout, prosciutto with melon, sushi, goat’s cheese crostini, or light berry tarts.
