Bright citrus, green-apple and white-flower aromas sit alongside subtle brioche, pastry and almond from the long lees contact. The palate is creamy yet vibrant, showing lemon zest, delicate toastiness and a fine, persistent mousse with a clean mineral finish. Beautiful as an aperitif.

 

FOOD PAIRING: Perfect with oysters, prawns, smoked salmon, triple-cream cheeses, roast chicken with herbs, mushroom risotto or lightly creamy pasta.
