The palate is lively and fresh, showing citrus, white-flesh fruit and a minerally core, with crisp acidity and a clean, saline finish. It’s bright, coastal and refreshing — quintessential Rías Baixas style.
 
FOOD PAIRING: Excellent with seafood tacos, prawns with garlic and chilli, grilled haloumi with lemon, ceviche, tempura vegetables, chicken pinchos, or simple pasta with olive oil, parsley and clams.
