Pale straw with lime-green highlights, this wine opens with aromas of fresh lemon peel, green apple blossom and subtle passionfruit. On the palate it is clean and focused, with crunchy citrus, vibrant acidity and a fine mineral seam that carries through a clean finish. Elegant and precise, built for both early enjoyment and longer term cellaring.
 
FOOD PAIRING: Pair with lemon-and-herb zucchini ribbons or steamed asparagus with hollandaise. Sydney rock oysters, grilled barramundi with lemon butter or roast chicken with sage & lemon.
