GRAPE: Pinot Gris

REGION: New Zealand, Nelson Bay

Pale straw with silver-green hues, this wine opens with lifted aromas of ripe pear, apple blossom and white nectarine. The palate is supple and gently textural, showing pear, citrus peel and soft spice, balanced by refreshing acidity and a clean, lightly mineral finish. Expressive and easy-drinking, with classic cool-climate purity.

FOOD PAIRING: Beautiful with dishes like pear and walnut salad, grilled haloumi, seared scallops, Thai chicken lettuce cups, lightly spiced pork dumplings, or a creamy mushroom linguine. Its gentle texture and fresh acidity make it versatile across both aromatic and lightly creamy dishes.
