A glowing salmon-pink colour with hints of peach and rose petal on the nose. The palate is crisp and lively, driven by wild strawberry, white-peach and citrus zest, underpinned by fine mineral and saline notes from the Bandol terroir. The finish is elegant, dry and persistent.
FOOD PAIRING: Grilled prawn skewers, sea-urchin pasta, Niçoise salad, soft goat’s cheese tart, summer vegetable terrine and chilled lobster rolls.
