REGION: Spain, Castilla-La Mancha

 

Bright salmon-pink in colour with intense aromas of cherry and raspberry. The palate is medium-bodied, softly rounded and fresh, with a gentle herbal lift and lingering purity of fruit.

 

FOOD PAIRING: Grilled prawns with lemon and herbs, fresh goat’s cheese and honey crostini, seared tuna niçoise, vegetable skewers with feta and mint, chilled lobster or crab rolls and summer berry-pavlova.
