Bright pale straw with silver reflections. The nose opens with white peach, pear, lemon blossom and a touch of almond. On the palate it is crisp and elegant, showing citrus, green apple and soft floral notes with a delicate mineral line and a lightly savoury, refreshing finish.
 
FOOD PAIRING: Beautiful with grilled prawns, salt-and-pepper squid, caprese salad, pesto pasta, soft cheeses, and light chicken dishes.
