Aromas of hay, fynbos and ripe quince lead the nose. The palate is vibrant yet creamy, showing lemon zest, green apple and subtle tropical notes. A mineral, lightly saline finish brings freshness and elegance.

 

FOOD PAIRING: Goat’s cheese, seared scallops with lemon butter, roasted pork loin, green papaya salad, miso-glazed fish and grilled chicken.
