Glistening straw-yellow with green hues. Aromas of white florals, citrus peel and hints of tropical pineapple. On the palate it is dry and lively with fresh acid and a mineral underpinning, finishing crisp and balanced.
 
FOOD PAIRING: Linguine alle vongole, seared scallops with lemon-butter, grilled sea bass, fresh buffalo mozzarella, artichoke salad and grilled white chicken with herbs.
