A juicy, medium-bodied red with plush dark cherry, blackberry and a touch of sweet spice. Soft tannins and a smooth, rounded palate make it very easy-drinking. Finishes with gentle cocoa and a little savoury lift.
 
FOOD PAIRING: Pizza (especially salami or margherita), pasta with rich tomato sauce, roast chicken, lamb skewers, charcuterie boards, and grilled vegetables
