GRAPE: Merlot / Cabernet Franc

REGION: France, Bordeaux

A deep garnet hue frames aromas of black cherry, plum and cassis, woven with hints of leather, tobacco and subtle oak. The palate shows ripe dark fruit richness, firm yet polished tannins and a balanced acidity, evolving toward cocoa, spice and a savory nuance with time. Approaching maturity, it delivers both structure and elegance in harmony.

FOOD PAIRING: Perfect with roast lamb with herbs, beef short ribs, duck breast with a red-wine reduction, wild mushroom risotto, aged Comté or Gruyère, or a venison stew.
