Rich aromas of dark cherry, plum, leather and tobacco. On the palate it’s full-bodied and layered with ripe black fruit, dark chocolate and hints of spice. Silky tannin and a long, warm finish -carry savoury notes of dried herbs and cacao.
 
FOOD PAIRING: Slow-braised beef, game ragu, porcini risotto, aged cheddar, roast lamb and hearty Italian sausage with peppers.
