GRAPE: Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot

Deep garnet with a mature ruby rim. Aromas of blackcurrant, cedar, graphite, tobacco leaf and dried violets unfold with savoury depth. The palate is refined and structured, showing dark berries, plum and earthy spice supported by silky yet firm tannins, finishing long, elegant and beautifully evolved.

 

FOOD PAIRING: Excellent with roast lamb, ribeye steak, confit duck, mushroom ragù, hard cheeses such as Comté, and classic French dishes like beef bourguignon.
