The palate is refined and structured, showing dark berries, plum and earthy spice supported by silky yet firm tannins, finishing long, elegant and beautifully evolved.
 
FOOD PAIRING: Excellent with roast lamb, ribeye steak, confit duck, mushroom ragù, hard cheeses such as Comté, and classic French dishes like beef bourguignon.
